Throughout my career, I've seen too many smart, capable people struggle to explain their great ideas, and lose out on influence, career growth, and income as a result.

I've spent over 20 years as a corporate trainer and facilitator, so I know how to craft and deliver a message that inspires leaders to act.

Later, as a talent management executive, I participated in career advancement discussions, and I saw how often talented professionals were passed over or held back by their poor executive presentation skills.

Now, I help experienced, talented professionals get out of their own way, present what they know clearly, and get the influence, and income, they deserve.

Who is this for?

Confidently Clear is built for corporate Directors, VPs, Founders, and Senior Team Leads who are excellent at their jobs but struggle to get their ideas heard, especially in high-stakes rooms where influence matters as much as expertise. If you've been told you need more executive presence, or you're tired of watching your work speak louder than you do, this is for you.

What's the format? Is this coaching, a course, or something else?

This is a one-on-one coaching program that typically lasts between 8 and 13 weeks, depending on your schedule and the timing of your upcoming presentation. You'll work with me directly each week in a live, virtual 60-minute call.

I'm not bad at presenting, but I'd like to get better. Is this still for me?

Yes. This program isn't remedial. It's built for people who are already strong performers and want a repeatable system for showing up with more influence, not a crash course in public speaking basics.

Do I need to have a specific presentation coming up to join?

The coaching program is designed to help you get ready for an upcoming presentation, pitch, or message that you need to deliver some time in the next three-to-four months. If you don't have a specific presentation coming up, or your timing is a bit further out, but you still want to explore working together, book a discovery call and let's talk.

How much time will this take me each week?

Aside from the weekly one-on-one calls (one hour per week), you can expect to be putting in between one to four hours of presentation prep on your own during our time together. Most of that time is the same time you would have spent preparing without coaching, or maybe even a little less.
