As Vice President of Global Learning & Development at Model N, she led initiatives to drive internal mobility, strengthen manager and leadership capability, and improve organizational performance through thoughtful employee engagement.

With a career spanning over two decades, Sharon has built a reputation for designing transformative learning experiences that align talent development with business strategy. She was the architect behind several flagship programs including the Visa Manager Experience, Visa University, and Model N’s DARE to Grow and DARE to Launch employee development programs.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and deep commitment to inclusion, Sharon partners closely with cross-functional teams to embed learning into the flow of work.
